Payments: Purchases within mainland Malta can be made via PayPal, Credit Card OR Cash On Delivery. Please note that the ‘cash on delivery’ option is NOT applicable on orders to Gozo.

Delivery Service: We deliver all over Malta. Orders to Gozo will either be delivered OR posted depending on the size of the order. 

A 5 Euro charge is applicable for purchases below 50 Euro. Purchases of 50 Euro and over are delivered free of charge for both Malta and Gozo. Orders within Malta are delivered between 1-2 working days. Orders to Gozo are delivered once a week. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays. We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been paid and processed. Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Location: Our drivers will deliver to the front door of the building but are not obligated to enter buildings or use lifts. If you are unable to meet the driver, your order will be left safely behind the front door. Once delivered, it is the client’s responsibility to collect the item.

2. Accurate Information: It is imperative that you provide accurate delivery information, including the correct address and phone number. Failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges. If we are unable to contact you within 2 days due to incorrect details or lack of response, the order will be automatically cancelled and will not be refundable.

Pickup Service: All pick ups must be paid for in advance. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and we will send you an sms. Collect your items from our shop in Sliema, 65 Triq San Duminku. CLICK HERE to Get Directions and Shopping Hours. Due to the nature of our products, please collect within a maximum of 5 working days otherwise your items may no longer be available.

Payments: Payments are accepted only through PayPal or Credit Card.

Refills: This option is NOT available for orders outside Malta. The Glass Bottle option might incur additional shipping charges

Deliveries: Orders are sent via Malta Post. We typically post withing 2 working days after payment has been confirmed. A tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail. Orders to European countries are charged a fixed rate of 29 Euro no matter the weight of the package. Please allow 7-21 days to receive the package.

If you would prefer to receive your order sooner, we also offer an express service via DHL. This option ensures delivery within 3 days at an additional charge of €50, payable via bank transfer or Paypal. Should you wish to upgrade to this service, please let us know at your earliest convenience so we can provide the necessary payment details.

All shipping methods include a tracking number for your reference. Kindly notify us immediately if your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe.

Please note:

• We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are not collected from the post office in the event that the courier is unable to deliver to your address.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. We are not liable for undelivered parcels due to incorrect address details.

Delivery: Orders are typically shipped via MaltaPost. Please allow 12-45 days to receive your parcel. A tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you wish for a faster option, let us know, and we will provide you with a quote. 

Orders placed outside Europe upto 2 kilos are charged a rate of 39 Euro with Maltapost. A separate quote for Fast Couriers can be provided after purchase.  (Terms and conditions apply).

Some raw materials, essential oils, or products deemed flammable might not be shipped. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
