Payments: Purchases within mainland Malta can be made via PayPal, Credit Card OR Cash On Delivery. Please note that the ‘cash on delivery’ option is NOT applicable on orders to Gozo.
Delivery Service: We deliver all over Malta. Orders to Gozo will either be delivered OR posted depending on the size of the order.
Delivery within Malta Mainland: A 5 Euro charge is applicable for purchases below 50 Euro. Purchases of 50 Euro and over are delivered free of charge. Orders within Malta are delivered between 1-2 working days.
Delivery to Gozo: Orders to Gozo are delivered once a week. A 10 euro Flat Rate will be charged on any amount.
Business days are Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays. We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been paid and processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us on +356 99883675 and quote your order number.
Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Location: Our drivers will deliver to the front door of the building but are not obligated to enter buildings or use lifts. If you are unable to meet the driver, your order will be left safely behind the front door. Once delivered, it is the client’s responsibility to collect the item.
2. Accurate Information: It is imperative that you provide accurate delivery information, including the correct address and phone number. Failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges. If we are unable to contact you within 2 days due to incorrect details or lack of response, the order will be automatically cancelled and will not be refundable.
Pickup Service: All pick ups must be paid for in advance. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and we will send you an sms. Collect your items from our shop in Sliema, 65 Triq San Duminku. CLICK HERE to Get Directions and Shopping Hours. Due to the nature of our products, please collect within a maximum of 5 working days otherwise your items may no longer be available.

Refills: This option is NOT available for orders outside Malta.
Glass Bottles: This option will incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you once your order is processed.
Deliveries: Orders are sent via Malta Post. We typically post within 2 working days after payment has been confirmed. A tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail. Orders to European countries are charged 39 Euro for up to 3 kilos of goods. If your order exceeds the 3 kilos, you will be contacted to settle the difference.
Parcels generally take between 7-21 days to be delivered. Kindly be aware that after your parcel enters your country, we and MaltaPost are not responsible for the speed and efficiency of your local postal system.
If you would prefer to receive your order sooner, we also offer an express service via DHL. This option ensures delivery within 3 days for an additional €50, payable via bank transfer or Paypal. Should you wish to upgrade to this service, please let us know at your earliest convenience so we can provide the necessary payment details.
All shipping methods include a tracking number for your reference. Kindly notify us immediately if your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe.

Orders placed outside Europe up to 2 kilos are charged a rate of 80 Euro with Malta Post. Orders that exceed 2 kilos will be contacted to settle the difference. A separate quote for Fast Couriers can be provided after purchase. (Terms and conditions apply).
Some raw materials, essential oils, or products deemed flammable might not be shipped. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
