Please note that due to the nature of our products items cannot be returned.

Liquid products marked as refillable can be brought back to our shop and refilled again. Alternatively choose the refill option for the product, if available, when ordering online. When choosing this option make sure to already have our Soap Cafe’ bottle for delivery  refills.

We cannot keep or reutilize your bottles for other use.

Delivery within Malta  is usually organized within 2 working days.  You will be notified via text message, e-mail and/or by telephone prior to delivery. Orders to Gozo are posted.
