All information submitted during check out is used to process your order and will not be shared with third parties. If you register with your log in details, your email address will be linked to our bi-monthly newsletter, however you can unsubscribe anytime. Should you wish to be part of our VIP member newsletter which entitles you to exclusive discounts, you can Contact Us and we will add you to this list.
Payments are processed through either Paypal™ or Credit Card. You can also choose the Cash on Delivery option. If you have a Paypal™ account you will be redirected to SoapCafeMalta.com once the payment has been processed . You will receive an email stating that the payment has been processed from Paypal™ and an email from SoapCafeMalta.com with your items. If you use the credit card option, please make sure you come back to SoapCafeMalta.com after the payment has been processed by clicking on the Return to Merchant button. All transactions/orders carried out on this website are concluded in English.
If you are a registered business with a Vat number, you can leave a note prior to check out with your VAT number. We will then include your VAT number onto the invoice.
There is no minimum orders! All local and foreign orders are delivered at a fixed rate respectively. Please refer to our Delivery Charges page for more info. Please allow up to 2 business days to process, and pack your order. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. Out of Stock Items
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you via email or phone to discuss how you would like the order handled.
For orders within Malta, you’ll be contacted via phone prior to delivery. Orders that are posted including those orders for Gozo and foreign parcels , will be sent a tracking number and link via email to enable you to track your package.
