Terms & Conditions and Return Policies

Purchases from Malta can be made by choosing:

Payment through PayPal / Credit Card OR Cash On Delivery . Please refer to our Delivery Charges page.

Delivery times: Delivery is done within 2 working days once payment is received. You’ll be notified via telephone or email with a delivery day.

Pick ups: Due to the nature of our products, please collect within a maximum of 5 working days, otherwise your items may no longer be available.

Damaged Goods: If the products that you received are damaged or faulty during delivery, please make sure you to inform us within 3 days of receiving your goods. In this case, you will be offered an exchange or a full refund, after we have received the returned products. 

Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, items are not returnable. However should you want to return the goods due to damages whilst being delivered to you, please inform us immediately via email on : info@soapcafemalta.com or call +35699883675

 

Purchases within the EU:

Delivery times: Your order will be posted via Malta Post within 2 working days upon payment. You will be sent a tracking number to be able to track the status of your order. Please note that your order might take between 7-21 days to arrive. 

Damaged Goods: If the products that you received are damaged or faulty during transit, please make sure you to inform us within 3 days of receiving your goods. In this case, you will be offered a refund for the damaged goods.

PayPal or  Credit Card  . Please refer to our Outside EU Delivery Charges page.
